awake

it’s a nice feeling to know that I can actually wake up early. we’ve been conditioning our bodies to get up earlier by going to bed earlier. it works! so here I am, ready for the gym. I am a bit sleepy, and will for sure need some yerba, but for now, I’m proud that I’m up. and up with no complaints. {I did have to be dragged out of bed though…}

off to the gym!
