mix it up
my wardrobe consists of lots of neutral solids, splashed with very few bright colors and even less patterns or prints. one thing I always say I’m going to do is mix in a few prints into my closet, then I always revert back to a solid color. this outfit is fantastic and so inspiring. such a subtle yet a wonderful mix of patterns and colors and something I aspire to put together. plus, I really want her shoes.

the mix of prints is fabulous! tiny polkadots and herringbone, i never would have thought of that combination.
I also usually wear mostly neutral solid colors. But I do love this mix. And the touch of red. Lovely!

I hear ya on the mixing in. I think I need to edit my wardrobe as I am so fed up with it.. being between sizes I think i am in need of a remix!
the herringbone is awesome! plus that flash of red.. i wish i knew how to dress myself like this!
