I have been a post-earring kind of girl for a long time. however, within the past year, I’ve been falling hard for long dangling earrings with a punch of color. these are simply stunning.

back from the most amazing wedding weekend in Savannah. the Bride was gorgeous and everything about the wedding was incredibly beautiful. I felt honored to share this moment with the newest married couple and am very glad to have them as my friends.

and yes… *sigh* I realized this morning that I’ve been posting quite a bit about flowers lately. maybe it’s the onset of spring… or maaaaybee it’s because I’ve had wedding planning on the brain for the past two weeks. many of you have asked if I’m going to post my wedding inspiration and findings to Unruly Things along the way, and well, of course I am. my blog is, and always will be, what’s inspiring me right now. that being said, I promise this won’t turn into a wedding blog. but I do promise you’ll love it. I’ve already got some really exciting things in the works but so new in the beginning stages that I can’t quite share them yet. and even though our summer wedding is over a year away, I’ve already been making inspiration boards. I can’t help it. I’ve got a wedding on the brain.
I’m off early this week and flying to Savannah Georgia tomorrow for one of my best friend’s wedding. I’m really excited about the wedding as I’ve been involved in much of the design since day 1. I’m one of the bridesmaids and had the pleasure of designing the stationery for the wedding, including her invites, ceremony programs, and other little things for the reception. the lovely Amy Nieto is photographing the wedding, so expect some amazing photos to be flying in here soon!
