dlb and I collect beer labels from every new beer that we try. we’ve got close to 500 labels. I’ve never seen this beer in Portland, but I think I’d want to try each one, just so I could save those pretty labels.

yesterday, Jenny posted about a recent trip she took to Sprout Home, a little shop in her neighborhood. one look at these photos and my eyes lit up. terrariums, cacti, zinnias?! she mentioned it looked like a place I would enjoy hanging out and and she was right.
I’ve been wanting to get a hanging plant for our apartment for quite some time now. yet for some reason, I just haven’t bought one. I like this one from Sprout and I’d like to put a donkey tail succulent in it.

if I hadn’t already asked my favorite ladies to join me on my wedding day, I would have made these in a heart beat and sent them to my lovely bridesmaids.

you guys know me too well. thanks to Kaitlyn for sending me a link to this adorable bag. this would be perfect to tote along to the river for a day of tubing!
and this comes so perfectly after reading about the elusive Narwhal this morning.

I love the pretty details on these vintage goodies from The Greedy Seagull.

I love these felted river rocks so much. they make me want to run to the nearest craft store, buy metallic spray paint and metallize all of my rocks.

p.s. sorry for the minimal posting today. I’ll be in full swing tomorrow.

I am absoultely, 150,000,000% in love:
with this photograph from Elizabeth.
it’s 66 degrees outside and I’m thinking about:
sweaters. flannel. boots.
drinking a big pint of stout.
snuggling up under a big woolen blanket.
I’m excited because:
this lovely lady is gettin hitched this weekend and
I’m shooting it. {more on that later}
lots of good things are happening friends. I hope you feel it. have a fantastic weekend and I’ll type to you on Monday.

I want to dive right in to these images from Saipua’s soon to be relocated store front in Red Hook. all those bright colors, that wood and those cubbies filled with delights are amazing. and of course, the flowers.
