it’s getting cold in Portland! and all I can think of are:
sweater tights & comfy sleep pants.
wool blankets.
fuzzy stoles & plaid scarves.
and of course, boots.
oh, on a completely different note, wouldn’t this necklace be spooktacular? :)
I’m digging in to my:
left over red kidney bean curry from last night’s dinner.
I’m still debating:
what to dress up as for Halloween. right now, sans-costume and beers with friends before the Halloween festivities commence sounds good to me.
what are you dressing up as? I think Liam wins the best costume award from me this year! I hope you have a boo-tiful weekend my friends!!

I’m not normally much of a bow girl, but isn’t her dress the cutest?

last week I posted about the lovely triangle necklaces from Samma, but I’m even more impressed with this woven brass and aluminum wire.
{thanks Afton, for pointing me in the direction of Maryam Nassir Zadeh, added to my list of places I’d love to shop in NY}

dlb and I have yet to carve our pumpkins, and as busy as I’ve been, I doubt we even will! but I love this idea of painting on pumpkins. perhaps I could paint the beloved Atlas Beetle from my Specimen calendar onto one of my pumpkins.

wouldn’t a cake as pretty as this one be the most beautiful cake for an outdoor wedding?
I totally think so. and not to mention, those are our colors.
