winter has barely even started here in Portland, but after my trip to the warm and sunny islands of the Philippines, I find my self day dreaming about breezy summer dresses, strappy sandals and short shorts. the See by Chloe Summer 2010 collection is just the perfect distraction from the chill outside and pending snow reports.
