a blanket basket

I’ve been on the hunt for a pretty basket to place all of our rolled up throws into while they’re not in use rather than stuffing them in the closet or under the bed. I like these clam baskets, but they might be a tad too small.
any ideas?

i love those baskets for other things. but blankets will catch and snag on them as is…trust me, i’ve ruined a few this way. if you line them with some canvas, this usually solves it.
Those are adorable. I have this basket from CB2 that I love. It’s a similar style but definitely big enough to store a few blankets.

Good luck!
Those are cool or maybe an old egg crate you can get at the market for free. Or I have noticed they are the new thing at flea markets!
I saw some nice “Korbo Bin” baskets at Canoe this past weekend, but they aren’t that nice color like the one you’ve posted–just stainless steel. I believe they had a few sizes!
I love antique wire gym baskets. This website has some good ones: http://www.antiquemystique.com/primitive.htm
For some reason I think I saw that Restoration Hardware has one… try there!
i like this 1930s style wire basket from KIOSK, with its cute lucky number “8″ on the front!

i love love love their collection of odds and ends!
These are fantastic! I’d place them near a fireplace with bits of birch branch kindling. For larger baskets check out Jayson Home & Garden for these boucle wire baskets. They’re super fab! http://jaysonhomeandgarden.com/product.php?productid=5577
west elm has some cool looking baskets like this!
I’ve been noticing a lot of egg baskets at flea markets lately. Very similar to those clam baskets, but are a bit larger I think. I even saw a few in a fun yellow color.
I love using baskets too. I have two woven one I throw shoes in by the door. Too many shoes in our house!!
Great basket!
oh…and congratulations to you!
