three twisted buns

hair

I’ve been trying to be more creative with my hair lately.  it’s getting so long and I just don’t want to cut it off – at least just not yet – but it is getting pretty boring.  last week I tried out heidi braids and over the weekend I did two pigtail braids and pinned them up at the base of my neck.  today I tried this hair tutorial from A Cup of Jo.  I didn’t really follow the steps and just kind of winged it but I think it turned out pretty good!  hop over to Joanna’s blog for a full tutorial.

{sorry for the iphone pics – I’m going swimming at the gym in a few and won’t have time to take a proper photo before the sun goes down.}

    Love it! I just had to see if perhaps my hair was long enough to do it & it is! I just did it in my hair, too. It’s super quick, isn’t it?!

    Wow! I like yours even better than Caroline’s version! Perfect! I had bookmarked the how-to before thinking that I’d hold onto it for another day but you’ve convinced me to give these a try. Maybe for tomorrow!
    Happy weekend!
