the portland collection
holy cow you guys, I’m getting so excited about The Portland Collection, the latest collection from Pendleton, inspired by their rich archive of Native American-inspired textiles and blankets. some of my very favorite Portland designers, Rachel Turk and Nathaniel Crissman from Church & State and John Blasioli teamed up to create this amazing collection and I am beyond speechless with the outcome. the design is so true of their styles, yet blends flawlessly with Pendleton’s archival heritage.
for those of you that don’t know, I work at Pendleton in addition to blogging and freelancing, so this collection is pretty dear to my heart. plus, I’m happy to call these designers my friends – bravo guys! I can’t wait to show you the pieces I ordered. the collection is set to hit stores early September.
in case you missed it before, here’s the preview of the collection I posted back in April.

Will the collection be available to purchase online? I need some of those pieces. badly.
yes, it will be through various stores. you can check out the store listings here: http://portlandcollection.net/shop/

This is a gorgeous collection and so beautifully shot. I have a feeling this will be a very popular collection! I actually also know Annie (model) as I used to work at her agency. She look stunning!

Gorgeous! I’m getting married in Pendleton this fall and am trying to find a way to incorporate the beautiful patterns… :)
