show me your stack : Sarah Swell | unruly things

hi friends! it’s been far too long since I’ve shared a stack with you. it’s a new year and a perfect time for new stacks. first up is this gorgeous stack from jewelry designer Sarah Swell. she’s got a great combo of rings and here’s what she has to say about them.

I almost always wear a pretty full stack of rings. Even though I work heavily with my hands and have a terrible case of “jeweler nails,” I just feel naked without them. I love to mix metals and pretty rings with tough rings for an interesting collection.

From left of photo to right:
1. Flotsam & Jetsam ring with diamond from my collection.
2. 18k gold serpent ring and 18k tidal diamond channel-set band from my bridal collection.
3. Lauren Wolf triple pyramid ring in silver.
4. 18k color change sapphire and diamond ring.  This was a parting gift from the first jeweler I ever worked for.  I’ve been wearing it for 10 years.
5. A grouping of my rings with a Satomi Kawakita ring my husband got me for our anniversary.
6. My wedding set.  I created the engagement ring which is inspired by art deco egytian revival style and showcases my grandmother’s diamond in a bezel surrounded by pyramids and snake heads.  The band is a snake as well by Nora Kogan.
