dlb and I have yet to carve our pumpkins, and as busy as I’ve been, I doubt we even will! but I love this idea of painting on pumpkins. perhaps I could paint the beloved Atlas Beetle from my Specimen calendar onto one of my pumpkins.

I love the casual/comfortable vibe of the Fall collection from American Vintage. I could live in a collection like this.

I’ve yet to own anything by the wonderfully talented Caitlin Mociun, but maybe this will be my season. this dress is clearly out of this world.
we’re having rain today. icky, misty, can’t-even-avoid-it-with-an-umbrella rain. it feels like October.
however, even though I hate to say it because I’m really sad to see summer drifting away, it has me dreaming about fall. changing of leaves, crisp fresh air, pumpkins, caramel apples… and these lovely images from the Toast Early Autumn catalog couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.
