hi friends!! I’m finally getting around to posting some new jewelry to the shop. Monday morning at 10am PST, there will be pyrite nugget, quartz drops and amethyst geode slice necklaces in our shop. mark your calendars!
since it’s officially 2011 {wow!} we decided to mark down* our remaining inventory of Flora & Fauna calendars to $25! {previously $35} so, get ‘em while they’re hot! remember the calendar is designed so that once the year is over, you can trim off the dates and frame it as a 12.5″ x 12.5″ print! speaking of… we’ve also had some requests for additional poster regions of the US to be created and this is possibly in the works. details soon.
I never got around to that promised jewelry update before the holidays were over and I apologize for that! I’m hoping for an update later this month.
thanks for all the support in 2010! let’s make 2011 even better. :)
I’m so excited to finally be adding jewelry to our shop. pyrite necklaces {shown above}, quartz drop necklaces, earrings and more will be in the shop on Friday! be sure to stop by.
hi friends! sorry I haven’t posted anything this yet week, I’ve been a bit under the weather. seems I’ve caught a little bug! boo!
anyway, I wanted to drop in and say hello. Little Winter was a blast. Abby & Chelsea did a truly amazing job with everything. the set up was perfect!! thanks so much to everyone who came out and introduced themselves! you guys are amazing.
for those of you who couldn’t make it, be sure to watch this pretty video by Anja and pretend you were there for just a minute. {that’s our Imagination poster in the window at the beginning of the video!}
I’m SO so pleased to share our 2011 calendar with you today, Flora & Fauna of the Pacific Northwest. during my three years living in Oregon, I’ve truly grown to love the PNW and all it’s beauty. more than ever, I’ve felt like I really appreciate nature and all of it’s magic, so this year, I decided to share my love for the PNW with you.
our calendar is a large silkscreened poster sized calendar that is designed to be trimmed into a square print to be framed once the year is over. it is filled with specimen illustrations commonly found in the Pacific Northwest, combined with the gorgeous calligraphy of my friend, Kathryn Murray.
Little Winter is the place to be this weekend! in case you haven’t heard about it, Little Winter is a handmade market featuring 20+ artists and craftspeople from Portland and beyond. it will be held this weekend, November 6 +7, at The Cleaners at The Ace Hotel in Portland, Oregon. I’ll be there – selling original prints, our 2011 calendar, bits of entomology, natural sciences & botany and handmade vintage inspired jewelry.
plus, we’re having a party! this Friday, November 5, we’d love for you to join us for an informal meet and greet – complete with treats and drinks {did someone say cupcakes?} and great conversation. you can see more details about the party here.
if you’re in Portland this weekend or anywhere close, I hope you stop by and say hello!!
