I’ve always been a big fan of the collections by Lina Rennell.  this season is definitely her best yet.

a few weeks ago, we got together with a group of friends for a pale ale beer tasting.  we had tiny glasses and many beers to sample.  it was lots of fun!  I’m thinking we need to do it again soon, perhaps with pumpkin brews before Halloween.

I put an outfit together, inspired by beer tasting with friends.  and it just so happens that these friends have babies too, so something included for the little ones as well to keep them entertained while the parents are beer tasting.

yesterday really felt like winter, minus the cold.  it was dark and dreary and WET.  all I wanted to do was bury myself in a giant, comfortable sweater while hiding inside all day.  one of these lovelies from Lauren Manoogian would have done the trick.

I love these hand-painted silk dresses by Rachel Rose.

I love these two pieces from Ilana Kohn’s latest collection, especially that blouse.  I’m way into rusty reds and oranges for fall.
