I keep attempting to add more tees to my wardrobe. while the regular old crew neck or v-neck can be perfect just about any day, I’m looking for something a bit more interesting or with more form that I can disguise at my anti-tshirt wearing day job. I like these two tees from Alternative Apparel a lot.
I recently bought this shirt in black, which I adore, and today I’m wearing it tucked in to a pair of thrifted black high-waisted silk shorts. I love the look and it’s perfect for work AND bike riding! dlb snapped this picture of me. hi!
Suann posted the cutest pair of little girl sized glitter sneakers yesterday, which sent me on a hunt for a pair my size. I got off track when I spotted these metallic Chucks.
now… I’m not normally a flashy kind of girl, but I’m seriously thinking about putting them on my “must-have” list for fall.

I am, without a doubt, a huge collector of cardigans. dlb makes fun of me, but what can I say. they are a necessity even during the summer in the Northwest, with morning temps in the 50s and afternoon highs around 80.
I’m in love with this cardigan. it’s just the right amount of ‘snap’.

unbeknownst to me, I’ve developed quite a fancy for green clothing. my mom pointed it out to me the week of our wedding when I wore, not one or two, but three green dresses! then today while browsing J. Crew’s new arrivals, I added this pretty little silk tank into my shopping cart and I had to laugh because I’d forgotten that I already put this green cardigan in there last week! I guess it IS easy being green. ;)

I’ve been on the hunt for new sunglasses. ones that won’t fall apart, won’t scratch too easily and fit my budget. these cuties from Karen Walker have quickly moved to the top of my list.
